POISED FOR DOUBLING ITS SIZE — HAMPEL ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL LORGE AS PRESIDENT

(May 11, 2005) - Owner Lance T. Hampel
today named Paul Lorge as President of LT Hampel Corp. Hampel retains
the title of Chairman and CEO. Lance Hampel will remain active on a
day-to-day basis, focusing his attention on new product development, manufacturing
processes, marketing and sales.
Lorge is looking forward to applying his business and strategic planning skills to enhance Hampel's position as an innovative leader. Lorge joined Hampel in August of 2004 as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hampel, he spent eight years in public accounting working closely with manufacturing and financial services companies of all sizes. Lorge gained exposure to the plastics industry when he completed several sizeable acquisitions of companies with rotational molding capabilities for a large, publicly traded recreational products company serving the watercraft market. Lorge also served as Chief Financial Officer of a mid-size lighting company. Lorge is a CPA and a member of the Wisconsin and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of Financial Executive International.
"Hampel is well into its second year of double-digit growth and commensurate profitability, with each of our four divisions performing well. Paul has made a great contribution to that effort," Lance Hampel said. "Paul assumes responsibility for the development and execution of the strategic plan.
